The economical way to buy Free Range Pork. 1 pig provides approximately 40kg of free range pork, butchered and vacuum packed ready for the freezer. 

The Standard cut for a whole pig order contains:
 
Legs – whole or half joints (bone in) - 2 large joints or 4 small ones
Shoulders - Whole or half joints - 2 large joints or 4 small ones
Chump – as chump steaks
Pork – as fillet
Loin – as chops
Belly – flat joints
Neck End/Shoulders – whole or half joints (boned and rolled)
Head, Hand & Trim – as breakfast sausages
 
Cuts can be adjusted to your request (please ask for prices of this - some cuts may cost more).
