From Summer 2015 we will be offering DIY hog roast!

 

We supply the pig and the hog roast machine, and you cook it yourself! 

 

Makes a superb centrepiece for your party or wedding, feeds up to 100 people (more if you want sausages too), and costs far, far less than hiring someone else to do it! 

 

Whole traditional breed free range pig -  scored, salted (for tons of tasty crackling!) and tied  

+ Machine hire for the day  = Just £375! 

 

(You could end up paying up to twice as much for a standard hog roast companies to do it for you - and lets be honest - where's the fun in that anyway!)

 

We can supply high quality homemade condiments and floured or brioche rolls if required for a small additional charge.

 

We will deliver everything you need in time for you to cook (about 6-8 hours before you want to eat it!) and pick it up again the following day (delivery free within 15 miles, please ask us for a quote for parties further afield). We will set the hog roast going for you before we leave and provide instructions, handling equipment (Heat proof gloves), temperature probe, carving trays and emergency fire equipment (we hope you don't need to use it!)

 

We prefer to have it back clean, but if you need us to do it this can be done for an additional charge please let us know if you need this service too.
