Delivery and Payment

Local and National delivery!

Like most farm shops we offer free local delivery, but we also deliver nationally!

National deliveries are by guaranteed 24 hour courier and are packed in environmentally friendly Wool Cool (http://www.woolcool.com) insulated boxes. They will stay cool for up to 48 hours.

Our couriers will text you a 2 hour slot, and if you aren't in you can text them back to rearrange - or have your delivery handed to a neighbour!

If you prefer, we can even deliver to your work! 

Meat orders are dispatched once per week for in stock items, usually on  Thursday for Friday delivery. If we need to change the date we will contact you by email. For local orders we will call/email you to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery Costs:

Local delivery (within 5 miles of the farm) - Free!

24 Hour Courier - week day only - £10 up to 20kg

Saturday delivery is available for added £12

How do I pay if I don't use the online shop?

Online via Paypal

Go to https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/send-money-online

Log into your pay pal account

Then just enter our email address - info@charleyandnicksrealfood.co.uk

 Enter the amount you want to pay and click send money! 

If your paypal ID does not make it clear who you are, please add your name as a reference, or email us to let us know your ID so we can identify you!

Debit or Credit Card

We accept card payments for orders over £10. Please let us know if you would like to pay by card we will be in contact to take payment over the phone. 

Cash

please only do this if you are local - do not send cash in the post.

Cheque

please be advised we will not send your order until funds have cleared.

Bank Transfer

We can accept BACS payments - please add your name as a reference so we know who you are
