This indian curry is based on the curries my grandma used to make for us on a Saturday  - It is a robust curry, full of flavour and versatile. It goes excellently with free range pork shoulder or chicken.

  • 500-800g of diced free range pork shoulder 

    2 white onions

    7 (yes 7) Garlic Cloves and a matching volume of grated fresh ginger

    Fresh coriander (optional)

    1 tin of chopped tomatoes
