  • Shoulder/Neck End (boned) - A excellent value joint with a little extra fat through it making it perfect for a slow roast or pulled pork. £6.50/kg

    Rolled Belly Joint - A popular joint with a sweet juice texture. Try slow cooking this joint in a broth of cider and rosemary (see our Recipe Ideas page!)  £6.20/kg. 

    Leg - This cut is tender, juicy and full of flavour. The skin is scored for you - add a little sea salt and oil for superb crackling.  £7.50/kg

    Loin Roast (Boned and rolled) - This easy to carve joint is tender and the extra fat it carries keeps the joint succulent - £8/kg

    Free Range Dry Cure Gammon Joint - Make a delicious Roast Ham - £11/kg
